Yeah drive belt is on and everything else is working fine. All signs so far seem to point to the compressor not engaging, but I can't really find out why. After some more reading the "clutchless" compressor still has a clutch that looks like its made up of rubber dog bones.

Yes, but as I said it's holding pressure. Held it for 2 weeks before and still holding 100psi , so they won't be the issue at the moment. If you can send a pic of the front of the compressor I can gauge if I'm short a few pieces though ahaha
