Is the horn pad separate to the steering wheel? I was assuming I'd need to get a whole new steering wheel (which I don't propose), but if it's separate then I can just get another horn pad?

The steering wheel is not pretty either, but at least it is sort of out of sight (compared to the dash board anyway lol). I will post some pictures when I get a chance. Is the dash board bit hard to remove/install?
