Having a brain fart and can't find where the bottom hose connects to from the trottle boddy, i have the crank case hose connected but cann't find where the little elbow that comes out of the bottom connects too, just replaced the valley cover gasket and am getting a bit tired of working on this...

I got a quote for my solenoid pack which was $160 ( I think VT is more exy than later models). Tried to clean it out as I have spent heaps on suspention stuff at the moment. Still got issues So I will be looking at the actuators today.

THere are a few other posts on this problem but it sounds like you have a vacume hose that has come of as the control box is under the passenger glove box.

I had a look last night and there are small cracks around the engine mounts and the oil pan sits just below the cross frame. Is there anything else I might want to check, are there any tests i could do my self? I read one about jacking the engine a little to see how they look.

Recently got back from a big roard trip and the car has been vibrating. First Noticed between 90km/hr to 110, pulled the drive shaft out and the uni joints ar solid and the middle bearing seems to roll alright. then driving around a bit more and the car seems to vibrate even when Idling...

What about if you get coolant smell through the air vents occasionally, recon the heat exchanger is leaking?....Silly question how would you bleed the coolant system?
