I fixed it! Problem was as I suspected. The needles were rubbing against the holes just enough to stop them moving. Carefully drilled the holes out a little larger and no problem, all works fine.:dance:

I think the slots are supposed to "tip" forward if ya know what I mean. As if catching air? So as I see it the pics are wrong way around, but then I thought was wrong once, but I was mistaken!:dance: Then again I have seen rotors with slots going both ways as well so who really knows hey:thumbsup:
