Vy mirrors will bolt straight on and they have much the same look as the ve mirrors but dont have the indicator. If you were pretty handy you could probably pull them apart and cut and install an indicator yourself

Just a tip with this, inside the guard before you reach the hinges there is a blanking grommet there comes out under the kick panel, makes it seem factory and you cant see it :)

Just put them in myself, rears are a piece of cake, the fronts are a little more difficult you will need spring compressors. And you will have to change the rear shocks to lowered ones or the springs will fall out

Is the shudder only happening under braking? And you might as well just replace that faulty wheel sensor, you can get aftermarket ones there around $100 or through Holden about $250. Or you could just grab a second hand one from the wreckers and try your luck

Try an original bulb back in and see what happens? As far as bulbs like the smd goes they should just be plug and play. And cause of the offset pins there should be no real way to put them in wrong.
