2016 ssv redline sportwagon - Auto transmission slipping?

First thing I'd do is check the transmission fluid level. They hate it when they are low, and it's a relatively easy thing to check. Perhaps not quite as easy as it once was though.

    Lock Nuts

Yeah I did look above, and I see 2 sets of locknut cover part numbers. I was also specifically after ones suitable for the MY17 Redline. The reason for the confusion is that, and the fact that I have had 2 different Holden spare parts places tell me completely the opposite of each other wrt...

Another Cycling Incident - Brisbane Cyclist Mowed Down

$600 fine and 3 month suspension. what a waste of court time. Should be a minimum of 12mth suspension IMO. Woman fined over cyclist crash The lane the cyclist was in is a merging lane so its not like he could get over any further. If he'd been smart he would have avoided it all together by...

Final nail in Australia's car industries coffin; Toyota is out.

mind you, didn't Holden workers recently vote on the same thing, they took the paycut and Holden still sacked a bunch of them and is still going to close its doors. Now when they are made redundant it will be at the lower rate.

vx tail lights in vt ????

yes, illegal. You must have reflectors on the rear of the car. If they aren't in the tail lights then they need to be in the bumper etc. That's why VXs have the reflectors in the bumper.

Rain water leaking into drivers side of VT

Also check that it isn't coming in from the driver's side door. Check the drain holes are clear. Run the hose down the window and see if it comes in. If it is check the plastic inner liner. I've had the rear doors leak by having the rainwater run down the plastic in into the car.

    VT 99 door rubbers

    VT 99 door rubbers

I still have my VT that I purchased new in '99. I think you might find that it is the windows that are creaking and not the door rubbers.
