I remember that care when I brought my VF slipstream blue evoke from there and it certainly drew attention although I didn't like the vinyl as it was already peeling in some spots....nice colour though...

I use pet air dryer that I purchased on ebay for like $80 and works like a charm...it has a foam filter which can be washed and reused and comes with a 2 meter hose when the machine is running....I don't touch my car with a towel at all when drying...just use the dryer and that's it...runs on...

Mate go onto detailparadise.com.au....its an Australian detailing website and ask if there are any good detailers in Brisbane area...they should help

As was mentioned before do not get the paint protection from the dealer....find a reputable detailer and get a glass coating like Modesta or any of the new coatings out and will certainly not cost 1800 dollars and will be done better then what the dealer will do...

If the car is just dusty you can use the foam straight onto the car without rinsing first as the foam will stick better to the paint then rinse off.....the foam is useful for getting rid of the dirt before washing normally with a mitt to save getting swirl marks if the car is really dirty...

I was told from a dealer in Camden that having an upgrade on my 2014 VF Evoke would put reverse grid lines for the camera....that was only yesterday...

thanks for that and I looked and certainly was no clips on the front...the rear seems to be secure but will see what the dealer has to say

So I was cleaning my interior this morning and discover that I can lift the whole front of the drivers seat cushion straight up.......it doesn't seem to have any clips or such holding it down.....this was a custom leather interior on an evoke and I noticed the front passenger seat at the front...

It was from Camden Valley motors and had 64kms on the clock and came with 20 inch wheels, pedders lowered suspension and also full custom perforated leather with blue stitching....

I have just recently purchased a slipstream blue evoke sedan and was told it will be a limited colour offered.

that is certainly not normal for the rear bumper.

if you can take a pic that would be good as I am pretty sure they are smooth unless someone has screwed from behind and gone thru the bumper?

If you go for gloss black just put a good coating on it which you can get from car care products and they will be easier to just wash off....

Its his marker for stopping the car before hitting the back wall.....once the ball touches the windscreen...stop....cheap insurance...

I checked with my holden dealer and they said there is no update for the IQ system for series 2 as yet.....

engine cover looks good...what paint did you use?

On my ve it would probably be a few millimetres lower but the armour attaches to the same bolts that are under the front bumper so the thickness of the armour is how low it will make it if that makes sense..

If your car is black then the sports armour will not stand out as much and it is good protection for the front lip against gutters.....good thing is if it gets scratched you can sand it back and spray it of wrap it cheaper then respraying the front bar...

If you have a look on detail paradise forum which is an Australian site and ask if there are any good detailers in Tas they would know.....worth a shot to save that 2k..

Just go to a reputable detailer and I agree with opti coat or something similar will certainly cost less then 2K...even getting the windows tinted dealers charge like 500 dollars and you can cheaper taking it to like solartint...dealers always have the good looking girls to convince you to pay...

this is my engine cover painted by a local airbrush artist here in Townsville........I think he carried out a great job....

So quick to get them and they certainly clean up the engine bay.......now you need them to look like mine......

I have the Torque app on my samsung galaxy s2 phone linked via bluetooth to an OBDII module and works a treat.So many different guages you can add.

The interior colour coded trim looks good.......I was going to do that when i had it........if you are something special contact yippos airbrushing at Garbutt......he can airbrush the trim......

yeah i didnt think of the blue tack idea .....just was careful when i removed them but now have a sedan and so much easier to work on

yeah i know but since the lights also fit the wagon the sedans are completely different

no worries...i wish there were other lights for the ute but havent seen any and since the ute was not available in the US nobody has made like LED ones
