Put your ear close to the engine and see if you can pinpoint location of the noise , what grade engine oil was used to refill ? I always like to pre-fill the oil filter when replacing it .

you need to get under the car and get dirty , visually inspect everything for yourself , if all these things really do need to be replaced its going to cost you alot of money unless you can do it yourself . try getting it inspected by a second or third mechanic and see what they say .

Have you checked for harmonic balancer wobble with the engine running ? Common on these engines , had to do mine not long ago , was throwing the ac belt aswell.

Extractors , high flow cats and exhaust system straight up ! Then mafless tune with OTR air intake will help unleash some of that power.

The ssv already has the fe2 suspension so it sits 2inches lower than a normal ve at stock , i would just go the sssl in the front as the rear already sits low , if you go any lower on the back the car will look like its dragging its ass along
