ok well i have a ford nine inch lsd with 3.55 gears. i am in the process of putting a 31 spline detroit truetrac centre, custom moser axles and shortening the diff a bit to fit bigger wheels still with the 3.55 gears. so thats the diff. and the cam i no its got an after market cam its lumpy...

thank 180sc got the 9" detroit truetrac from harrop, it was a great price couldnt resist lol. now just got to save up for the custom moser axles and the shortening of my diff. thanx all for the feed back and info.

from wat i have heard the detroit truetrac is the best lsd diff centre out there and at 900 bucks you cant go wrong. or there is the detroit locker which is more for of a drag raceing style diff. both of these styles of centre put up with more then 500 hp i am lookin at gettin a truetrac...

i am still unsure wat im going to do. it depends on how much to get mine rebuilt, and how much it would be for a different centre. if i want to get rid of it ill let you know :)

not to sure but i think my diff needs to be tightened. i would prefer to just fit a spool for the cost then get diff tightened which i asume will cost more over time due to havin to do it a few times over the space i own the car.

wat is the differance between a mini spool and a full spool apart from mounting?
