hey guys andd gals, i had that problem and repalced the D bushes, installed nylon inserts between the struts & springs and it fixed the problem. There are also some other posts i have seen on this issus to. cheers

yeh, they do need flashing, but the Blaupunkt people said even then it needs to be the right unit for the vehicle, you cant just put any old unit in there. At least that's what they said.
