i have never used my bolts more then twice. I had an old xf and i went threw 3 motors and i had to use the auto bolts as the manual ones where to long. On the third go i used new bolts. i dont like the feel of the dual mass flywheels.

run some fuel cleaner threw it, it would of sucked the **** up of the bottom of the tank,, it took a good 3 days for mine to run properly after my uncle borrow my vs. All i did was the red fuel cleaner that treats 2 tanks, and a fuel filter i ran the full lot threw mine in one hit with premium.

i would try the switch under the dash for the brake lights mine sticks and neither will work properly

Try the number 7 fuse, is your central locking working properly?

The stock ones are solid rubber not oil filled. You can get nolathaine ones these days but i dont know how they would go

do you mean regulator? If so they give away and allow extra fuel back threw the intake, it will be hard to start, stall, and blow lots of black smoke on you

that could be it, the also leak if they are, over full , the pan gasket isnt sealing or the rear seal, but if it was from the front then 9/10 the front seal let go

No your second spline isnt engaged properly twist the tq and it should embed its self properly

Do a compression test is never a bad idea, what i would check is trying to buy a second hand radiator to see if there is pin hole in yours. I had a pin hole in the sde of mine and found coolant in some very weird places

Pete are you lining up the alignment lugs? as said above if the TQ isnt pushed all the way in properly you will have issues, also make sure there is no wiring in the way, i know that sounds stupid but the amount of people ive helped because, their gear box wont go in and its been wiring is...

Those number plate lights are white mate, The dash lights can be any colour, Its just ones that are out side the car cant be orange blur or red, although my parkers are blue
