my Vp had a bosch starter in it im pretty sure your the bosch one will go on yours.... just climb under your car you might be able to see what brand starter is already on it

i hit a curb and my steering was stiff all i did is took it in to get another wheel alignment again and it was alright

if ya not getting any spark or injector pulses it could be the crankangle senser

hey all i was just woundering what is a knock sensors is and what does it do?

i had a noise in mine and it was the flywheel was moving and holy **** that was scary

mine didnt have one on it. it was just direct. so i got one on there now but it still doing it but not as bad so i will check the idle and the iac tomorrow

no i lost power and it was very heavy on fuel

yeah i would do the same and put a guage in it

thats what mine did when the box i got to the normal running temp and then i did a converion and changed it to manual.. but everyone was telling me its the soloniod in the box was playing up

ive got a bit of a problem. when its cold it pulls up at the traffic lights fine but when the its at the normal running temperature and you push the clutch in when you pull up and it trys or it just stalls.. it tryed to stall or it does stall when it was an auto and it still does the same thing...

my mass air flow sensor in my car did that to me it didnt change gear about 3500 revs just check that buddy

theres only 2 sensor on the throttlebody ones for your throttle sensor and the other is your air sensor i would check both buddy

the crank angle sensor controls your injector pulse and spark so when it stops check it for spark

just change it and see what happens i dont know any other way that you could check them

i would check your air sensor on your throttlebody buddy it might be on its way out

it would be more likely its the crank angle sensor is gone. mine did that you drive along then it would just die you wait half hour till the crank angle sensor cools down then it will fire up again

what ive been told and i dont know if its true or not but all stock engines are detuned so unless they advance the tune abit to make it go better i dont know

it might be your radiator cap lossing pressure and it will stop pumping the water threw. thats what mine did

hey do ya have to change ya spigot bearing if ya convert from auto to manual?
