For the VX you go and buy the Monaro Cold Air Intake (MCAI). There is 3 parts to it and it will only cost you about $20-25. Yes the VY does come with it standard. This is what I and a lot of other VT/VX SS owners have done and its too easy.

Additives espeically on the VN are just a quick fix, the problem will come back no doubt soon enough. A Tranny cooler isnt a bad idea as long as ur doing a lot of driving, hard driving especially.

What about spraying some silicon spray on the accelerator cable?

Oh ok, Im just sure ive seen a VX SS with a 6 CD in dash player. Well the Berlina and Calais has either a 6 or 10 disc player dont they? Is it just not possible with the VX SS? In terms of the std Eurovox one still.

The ones in the dash. I know there not that great but I would prefer the std Holden one because its got the std look and size which will make it sit flush. Im guessing the 6-CD would still be a Eurovox?

For the past 2-3 years, when ive been pouring fuel, most of the time when it gets to half to 3/4 full, fuel spurts back outta the tank. Does anyone have an idea whats wrong? I know it just doesnt happen when its dead empty and theres lots of air in there, also happens when its half or etc.

I thought that the synthetic oils were too thin for the VN, especially for ones that have heaps of KMs?? Ive tried all kinds of oils, semi-syn wasnt too bad, but when I used synthetic (Mobil 1) I think it screwed up a few things. I now use Penrite HPR50, people haver told me its a good choice.
