i have a NPC clutch in my vu and have had all the above mentioned ones too but the NPC is far better i never had a clutch grip and not shutter like this one when its getting a hiding , its ceramic and is good for about 450kw and its good in traffic or mal woods make good ones two....

Have you taken it to a mechanic, i reckon it a old kill switch thats been disconected and not totally removed and intermitting ,thats what happend to my ss and it had the same dramas .it most likely not it but just a thought

solder it even a bodge spray, cut and polish with some clear will look better and they wont charge thousands for a boot spray any way . even a touch up guy could paint it after you solder it

Yeah mate, its a bit rich but im guessing you cant drive a v8 but you can get a damm good SS with low ks for around 13,000 so in comparison its need to be a real good one . you prob get a better car off this forum somewhere...

i dont agree with the choice of clutch but plenty of people like them i think the ceramic NPC clutch which is good for around 550 hp is better option or a mal woods clutch which i had in my ute when i bought it..

You auto or manual cuz manuals dont have traction control even know its on the dash....i can assure you the manual utes dont have it lol

Hardly worth it for the money spent.the power gains if any would be tiny id get a performance pack from somewhere done massive power gains from that and only half the cash ..

its looking good with those rims, i wouldnt worry about manual conversion thats big bucks get some monaro headlights and ss front end and seats for a nice but hugging ride ....! it will look a treat..

Thanks, yeah keen as too but atm it gets loaded with tools and building materials these photos dont do the cars ride any favours, it is lowerd and has air bags in the rear too hold the cars ride height when its loaded up and stiffens the rear up big time when unloaded ..
