On The SS forums for the Chev SS they have been able to get a hold of all colour/transmission and year info from very early on, direct from GM from memory, surely Holden will provide this, considering i just picked up a 2017 SS ute im very interested to know how many in my colour spec/trim etc.

I currently have a 2016 SSV auto sedan which is my daily however this will become a wknd car in the near future and i would rather the manual for this, rather then spending 20K changeover on a new one, what are the real costs and ease of having this done correctly and legally etc, thanks in advance

As the title suggests is there any best klms amount run in before you would get the car tuned to maximize the outputs the most and not req a touch up tune? I.e my Redline has done 2600km now so just wondering when people might consider its at its peak to get it done, if there is any...

Does this engine have the cylinder deactivation? Maybe more likely then a turbo and a reason also for the V6's going auto only.

Yeah just what it says there, you would have to go into the dealer or call them up to be 100% sure, but considering there are 4, a couple may be low still.

I just ordered a redline and was told around 3 month wait,which means early April, Wouldn't normal "stock" Redlines be continued to be built and a special eg "Bathurst" model be done on its own? Or are we refering to something extra on the normal redlines? Thanks for your info, cheers

Out of the box is the 6.2L LS3 much quicker then current SS 6L. Assuming the base tune would stay around 310 Chev SS or 317 HSV mark for the MY16 SS models?
