Mine is actually on longer drives, and if i push up on the wheel, May bring to holden to fix. All round however, the car is a fkn joke for quality. Its a shame :( I LOVE it, just the quality/rattles/creaking is just insane. Ah well. Such is life.

Same issue! i fixed it by moving the seat forward a tiny bit and it went. The stearing wheel does it however too, annoying.

Fairly sure its the striker, the bit which the door latches onto. mine did the same thing.

Get 20" 22" looks a little too try hard imo. I have 20" on my calais, looks allright!

Yeah, Mine is the same. Maybe not the same sound, however when cold or hot, the plastic rattles and groans and it just sounds ugly. Im really disappointed in the rubbish quality plastic they use. Its horrid. No rattles left, just stuipd cheap plastic groaning as the chassis moves now. Sucks.

Hey guys. My VE is having a fairy loud matelic clunk from the front right. From the outside it sounds like metal scraping.. Its only really been a issue since holden changed the bushes... about two weeks after its been happening. Any ideas if it maybe related? Im going to a mechanic...

Agree! v8 way to go. How about you drive the v8 and see what you think? Best thing to do imo. Also, Series 2 would probably be 1-2 years away before its in that price range... i think. .

Well! Today. I did the same thing as I did to the door. Ripped the dash apart. Was fairly easy actually. Thanks to google. I put cotton cloth around all white clips, and any screw joins that were suspect, and the result is damn good! bumps are alot kinder to me now :D Im really happy with...

Could be the same one as what i just fixed in my car above ;) when you hear it, press hard on the trim in the corner, and see if it stops

Nar, Same issue. take it back, tey will do a FW upgrade, try to charge you for it to.. however it will fix it. Mine was also turning off stability control...
