Managed to pry the door lock to the open position, still makes a **** sound when locking and unlocking but at least the door opens now. Will take it off and have a look at the actuator.

Yeah tried the key, its weird. My door lock plastic bit is off so the metal rod is easily accessible but when i try to yank it up with pliers it wont even budge to the unlock position.

Tinted the tail lights, just one coat of nightshades and 3 coats of clear.

Chrome surround looks sick as it should, maybe tint your tail lights for a cheap good looking mod, i'll upload mine later you can check it on my thread :).

Thanks for the tips guys I tinted them myself and masked off the reverse lights and indicators. Will upload results pretty happy, only did one coat of Nightshades.

If you get the 6 same engine so yeah it will produce the same note.

Interceptors are everywhere, try gumtree. How many coats did u give your tail lights when you smoked them? Did you use clear coat at all? They look good, not too dark.

Darkest legal 35% ($300 roughly). Plus you will never get defected, it's the worst removing an illegal tint you paid good cash for...

Thanks mate, yeah I think I'll get an exhaust next and then look for some new wheels - it will be a holden design of some sort :). Going to have a go at tinting my tail lights this weekend, did you clear coat yours at all?

Cool I like the VZ flutes on the front sides. Rear bumper wont set you back that much, like $300 new. Mines got scratches and **** but eh its my daily too so it doesnt need to be that perfect, only for some cnt to trolley it. I'm on the lookout for a leather interior too :).

Bit of a noob question but I can't figure out how to turn the warning off on my dash. The highest it goes to is 110 km! I do a lot of travelling on long open roads so you can imagine my frustration :bang: Any ideas?
