Yeah the transmission pan gasket. They come cork in the bursons kit. Thats all i usually do them to whenever ive done them in the past, i think this pan is just not liking it, might just make a paper gasket. Have done it on my old mans auto patrol when his cork gasket split too, lasted 40,000kms...

Its located on the mornington peninsula in Victoria's (south east suburbs). It could well be aftermarket because its the welds on the mufflers where the pipes connect that have fallen apart and need to be re welded (I can get them re welded if need be) and the rear muffler is FULL of holes...

Haha, ok then. Not sure if its a real worry, ive had the car since it had 150,XXX km's on the clock its now done 200,XXX km's and it clunked the whole time, i think its just the vents switching over i cant imagine vacume could cause too much damage, but hey im no air-con expert.

Hey there, don't have much advice on it, but mine fitted with the same climate control as yours (loving your car btw) does the same thing when switching from center vents to screen defogger etc, not quite sure if its normal would love to know myself.

Sounds like bad fuel, otherwise i have no idea. Best to check fuel to start with, not sure how you would go about this though. Good luck.
