the ports have a schrader valve you can replace them the ones holden are the same as in your tyres valves

it sounds more like the crank angle sensor very common tip some cold water over it if it fires even just briefly that's the problem it's at about 4 o'clock behind the crank balancer

that's not lifter noise it is either broken crown, ring(s) or piston slap i would get a compression test before spending money

There are two schrader valves (same air tyre valves) one on the high pressure line and one on the low they are under the black caps on the AC lines and don't worry too much if you vent them to air, you're not going to destroy earth

Yes it can be done although the VT and VX cluster look the same they are electronically different you'll need the get it programmed to match your car and try finding one close to your K's your speedo fuel and airbags will be incorrect and some other warnings

you probably have 2 separate faults, the check engine doesn't light up with an abs module fault you need to get it scanned with a tech2

if you've replaced the ABS module with a different one that has a different part number or from a VY you will get the T/C off

it's in the engine bay attached to the front of brake modulator (the silver box with the pipes) pull the red tab and it releases the connector

unplug your ABS module if the fault goes away then that's the problem .... very common BTW that's not a VX cluster

you can buy springs from ebay you put the springs on the hinge to put the boot under tension when closed then the spring retracts forcing the boot to lift until the strut takes over like this...

there's no relay in the BCM for the indicators or hazards, the extra relay was only introduced in VY check both relays otherwise there is a wiring fault that the previous owner has done
