finaly got roadworthy and re-registered on wendsday heater tap broke thursday (replaced it and battery terminals) gave 'er 50 worth of 98octane this arvo.. followed by fixing a mates golf cart.. good news is both are running like new

i had the same problem, replaced my battery terminals, and everything was good again...

Check the 1 way valve, mine had water in it, which was causing the problem

check if your bottom hose sucks in when you rev it, that may be blocking the water flow

My brand new rad was only 240 fitted.... not that it fixed my problem.... also i will never trust the damn temp gauge again i spent 6 hours at hosp tonight after burning my gut when the temp gauge was less than 1 line... I'm starting to hate my 'cheap' VS i'm just hoping its not a head or...
