Awesome write up and I've just bought speakers to change. I've watched a video in regards to removing the rear door cards and it looks ridiculously easy. But the video for the fronts makes mention about being careful with the front ones and a seal. Any tips?

its actually just a VHT heatproof. Grabber green its called. Its an engine enamel. But Im hoping once i find the solution i can apply it to any enamel

They are most def brembo. Stamped with brembo and made in Italy. The reason these have the V is because the car they come off have this v logo instead of brembo. Most guys (myself included) paint these brakes before using so we use stickers to get the logo on there

its 370 on the front and 355 on the rear.

I suspect you have been looking at generic brembos that are mass produced and then to fit to a car a bracket is created. This is how Harrop brakes work. The ones I supply are a GM product. This is probably what you have seen
