hey i am looking to put a stage 3 cam shaft in my vn it a v6 s1 5speed with extractors , 70mm t/b on gas and petrol just wodering if its worth it and wat brand should i get and if i should get double chain timing chain? any help apprieciated

just done a manual conversion on my vn s1 i changed motor and box! just wondering if i needed to change to ecu too? any info would be appreciated

Forgot to add! FORGOT TO ADD:My car is a 89 vn running i seris 1 v6 on gas convered to manual, slightly lowerd, k&n pod filter, running a lower geared diff (for a bit more torqe) cant remember what gears, power coated interseptors with metal center caps THATS ALL I CAN THINK OF ATM!

this my vn (COMROD) i am after any feedback on my car so far or any ideas future plans are: mat black paint job, whitewalls and airbags all round!
