Remove the belt when the engine is cold and inspect each pulley. Look for excessive play or noise.

Idle for Alloytec is around 650 rpm. Unplug one coil at a time (loom connector) before you start the engine. You are looking for a change in idle. When you get no change you have probably got the offending coil. This may be difficult as it is already running rough.

No leads. And no pushrods. Probably dodgy coil. Only way to test is with a COP tester. You could try moving and replacing existing coils to try and isolate the dodgy coil. Or buy a new one and eliminate one by one.

Gotta ask why you recommend Holden. Do cycle the ABS whilst flushing?

Meaning orange with a black tracer (single wire). Which is positive. So long as the neg is connected to BCM terminal above, the footwell lighting will act with the interior lights.

You would have to check the warranty wording to see if it's transferrable. Or contact the business which carried out the work.

First remove the cluster bezel (two screws).

Is the pressure sensor on the back of the plenum (Alloytec) connected? MAF sensor, TB motor?

Do you get the OK on the cluster before startup? Aerostart into the induction system.

Buy a shitbox daily driver.

Pin 30 (brown/red) on the cluster plug should be the signal wire for the cluster tacho. Disconnect to be sure.

Is it the Alloytec? Did you disconnect the battery before changing plugs? If you have you will have to give it some throttle to start it because you may have reset your ECU.

Check the resistance of the injector. It should be 12 to 18 ohms. Also check the loom.

Perhaps you should post a pic. Because you are suggesting the balancer is an oil seal.

You already have SV6 headlights in. Which are H4. SS and Calais are projector lens. Bulbs as above.

TC needs to brake the rear wheels independently to work. It cannot do this with a shared brake line. Which is why I asked the question. I'm not saying you don't have it. Just explaining how it works.

If it has TC it should have 4 channel ABS. To check, look at the brake lines that exit the ABS module. There should be four. Non TC models have 3 channel (rear line is shared).

In all probability your battery may be on it's last legs due to your sticky indicator issue. Load test you battery and click here to educate your mind man.
