    Done... All hinges have been soaking in WD all day. The two that I have gotten out so far were the bottom ones from both drivers side doors, and I took them out through the top - I'm thinking that thay maybe they MUST be taken out upwards. What do we say? I'll keep trying tomorrow anyway.

    Repco does not supply the pin removal tool, but it is available from TradeTools. I picked one up for $35. Well worth it. As Smitty mentioned, use LOTS of WD40. Let it soak for a good while - mine were rusted in solid!
