Its not likely to be the original head unit considering the 2 codes in the book don't work... In theory there should only be about 1300 different combinations.... and I can try 3 times every hour..... So.... bruteforce method, going at it for 24 hours a day, I can knock it over in under 2 months...

I mentioned I have everything else figured out. I have a converter, the necessary splitters, cables, tools etc. I just need to figure out which wire I can use as the remote on/off for the amp from the stock head unit.

Ok, I had another look at it, I am convinced its the syncrho. Going from 2nd to 3rd, it clunks, and going from 4th to 3rd grinds as if something were slowing down to become stationary.

it was the same one, the relay is in near new condition, no corrosion, still, if it was the relay, why is it killing only the front left blinker leaving the rear left at double speed?

im in the car now and ive removed and placed the flasher relay back in, same effect, on left blinker, only rear works at double pace there is NO power getting to the bulb
