Maybe fit the blower first, then build the tough motor. A tough N/A motor may not work so well with a blower.

There is always the CBR 125, not too expensive to buy brand new and would be a good beginners bike. Pretty small and light too. Or as naf33n said, you could always go with the ZZR250.
