Just be careful when running the foglights and lowbeams on at the same time, from what I understand they both share the same wires/circuit for power. Therefore running both at the same time can potentially blow the fuse, and melt the wiring in the worst case.

I had a VPSS front bar (purchased for somethine else), although it didn't have the the lower extension it did have screws along the bottom most surface, so I assume that's how the lower skirt was attached. Of course there are always other ways of doing it.

I've got Kings KHRL-46SSSL (Ultralow) on the rear of my VP Calais and the diff still has about 130mm clearance, and roughly 25mm between the bumpstops, it's a nice height but not extremely low.

For cleaning brake dust and dirt/tar from my wheels i use EagleOne All Wheel And Tire Cleaner, works great for me and hasn't harmed the wheels.

Well I went ahead and bought a pair of VS IRS setups from a local wreckers and they're pretty much the same except the hubs extend further. So on the weekend I'll have a crack at fitting one of them and hopefully it should work, otherwise I'll just sell them off. :)
