I've got the thunder hard lid with the two separate locks. I have seen it done with two solenoids operating them though. Might be worth a thought. I'll have a look over the weekend if the rain goes away long enough for me to venture outside.

This sounds like a bloody great mod. How have you gone about getting the solenoid to operate the locks? I've been thinking about this since I bought my ute way back in '06 but decided it was too much effort. You may have just changed my mind.

That might be true of the old mixer setups (~20-30%) and of the vapour injection (~10-15%) but the liquid injection LPG is as good as if not better in some circumstances because of the higher octane and the cooling effect of the liquid changing states to vapour in the head and absorbing heat.

Neat looking conversion there, I've worked on a few horrible conversions. That right there looks as good or better than the factory finish.

Maybe slotted rotors too. You could be getting some gas build up between the pad and disc which will affect your braking.

The other option is to grab yourself a small hand held one and a 12V car charger. I got a 3 watt GME handheld (TX680) from prestige communications in WA for just under $200. Works a treat.

I've had this happen recently. The wires in the indicator stalk broke and the cruise stopped working. I got a new stalk thinking the switches were knackered. But a bit of solder would have fixed it just as well.
