I had a dealer replace mine with just low beam hid and not the proper factory Philips d1s. Very annoying. So I’ve splurged and purchased better spec Philips globes from the uk and h7 leds for the high beams

The dealer installed 12v d1s globes that don’t handle low and high beam. You need the Philips d1s 85v that handle low and high beam.
