To clean inside wheels you can buy things called wheel woollies ( detail central or waxit),might save you abit of trouble if that's why you want to take your wheels off

For stuff like that I like to use HD Total available from detail central I spray then use a soft brush ( I used a baby tooth brush )

You might be getting all that dust coming from the cabin filter ( which is just a shitty mesh filter from factory) you can buy better paper filters that replace that
