Yeah there are like 4 bolts behind the bumper support or something like that i cant remember, but they are in the center of some brackets/braces. They are almost impossible to access and they are rediculously tight

my new ballast came today, well see what happens tonight!

My headlights are stock so there isnt any relay issues. The problem was that there was a faulty ballast which blew my right headlamp fuse. They are sending me a new ballast so hopefully it all works out
