Faulty coil maybe?

Could be a number of things, could be the fuel pump, could be crank angle sensor, could be no spark coming out of the leads

It was alright to drive at night time only in the wet it was bad as the ac compressor was fkd, no updates on her anymore as she has a new owner up in wyong area, was sad to see it go but I upgraded to a vx ss now :)

So if I get the extractors and the cat set up it will fit??

Hi guys iv been offered a set of difillipo ( or how ever their spelt ) 4 into 1 extractors but their out of a vz 6l maloo ute, does anyone know if they will fit on my vx Ss?

All depends on how much air u have in them, if u have a decent amount it can feel like a new car but if u have hardly any air in them it will b bumpy n scrape n the shocks may bottom out makin big clunking noises

Just a little update, picked up a complete l67 motor harness and gearbox for 1500 :) Ill b bolting the manual to it so this will b a exciting adventure

When I had my vz401a I had it connected to my elec antenna wire which is blue on the deck if i remember correctly? (even tho I didn't have one an antenna) and when ever I wanted to watch a DVD I had to put it onto tuner before I put it onto DVD so it would read, if I didn't put it on tuner...

Yep I know it was at idle that's why I don't do it often. Only when I'm rolling down the street or something

Hey guys i have noticed lately that under 1000rpm ill have a misfire, if I change gear early n the rpm is below 1000 it will cough n splatter a hit, I have replaced coil packs the dfi module and leads and the plugs and injectors, Has anyone ever had this sort of issue? I also have a flat spot...

Mine has a solid in it n It rattles to the point where I feel embarrassed but then when people ask n u tell them your car is manual u feel special lol

I have read on a previous thread that all I need to do is extend some wires for some sensors on my existing harness? Is this correct?

U will prob find if u unlock ur door with the key and put ur key in the ignition and start it, ur key will start to work again, it happens to my partners Vz

Hey guys a few of my mates have just dropped a vp 5L motor and gearbox with loom and ecu into a Vr shell and the speedo isn't working, would anyone have Any idea as to why or what it could b wrong?

I'm sure they do, If they don't unbolt them off the rails and bolt them to the vs ones

The past few cars iv owned iv put splits in the rear and had them tuned down a little, I personally don't think it's over kill or anything I just perfer the quality of sound that come out of splits rather then normal speakers, everyone to their own opinion tho!

I have g8s on my vr Calais and I only paid 1400 including brand new rims and brand new rubber with lock nuts

My headlights r adjusted down at the road I only use the foglights on long distance trips or darker streets that have hardly any lights

I have a cheap but decent set of hid in my vr headlight and foglights n they light up like day light
