Can get them pretty cheap, my donor car only cost me $500 but in selling parts of the car iv made $190 back so all up $310 for a full manual conversion. But yeah most go for around $600 - $1000.

Found it in my wagon im striping for the T5 conversion, i thought it might have been a hsv chip as it has a sv dash badge and seats.

Wondering if anyone knows anything about this memcal i found today, is it just a cheap memcal chip? or is it a good one?

Wouldnt bother with the Alloytech, im pretty sure it needs engineering as well. The ecotec is a pretty straight forward conversion. Not sure if you have seen it but its worth looking at if you wanna go ecotec...

Just get a panel beater to weld a new plate in should be pretty cheap the main cost would be in painting it but if your not fussed a $2 spray can will do the job.

No bolts for the radiator, its as simple as undoing all the hoses taking the 2 clips out and pulling the radiator out swapping the fan cover then putting the new one in.

VG can have the early or late engine and yeah holes in the battery tray is a RW issue but is an easy fix. If you can pull a gearbox out you can do a rear main its pretty easy really do a search.

Gearbox, Tail shaft, Clutch cable, Starter motor, Flywheel, Bell housing, Manual Console Cover, Gear boot, Shifter, The plate under the console cover, Pedal box, Clutch. Auto and manual ECU are the same in vn-vp.

Same blue as the interior then silver calais bumpers and lower door trims.

Yeah sedan springs compress more in wagons. Same springs in my old vp sat about an inch higher.
