I also used this as guide but for my VE 2007 LY7 V6 motor but the 70mm tensioner pulley bearing was a GBC 6203-2RS and the 75mm Idler pulley was a NTN 6303 LAX9 equivalent replacements were $9.90 ea at CBC Bearings

It was a dodgy aftermarket CAS replaced it with a genuine runs great now

Thanks for the diagrams but to check the small connector with the 2 ob melted wires where do they go is 1 to the fuse and the other to the ignition light and the ob wire in the big connector from the rear light goes up into the loom where that joins the other two are there any switches or relays...

Cheers markovr the bcm is 146 I checked the rear int light above the tailgate the ob in the loom running down the tailgate frame is also melted I think thats the main culprit I will still have to change all the ob wires if you have the diagrams it would be great cheers

Hi markovr can you tell me where the 2 ob thin wires in the small connector come from and ob in the large connector comes from so i can trace back to replace as they all go back into main harness. In the photo of the fuse holder the ob is melted back to there which one is it Cheers
