check all your bores for wear, strip the head down and check out all your valves mainly exhaust valves and check your valve guides arent flogged out. you will need to order a rebuilt it which i highly advise you do as it comes with all new gaskets, bearings, welsh plugs (if they are ####ed) etc...

yeah my whole family has old holdens, ( for example dad and my two uncles own ht/ht/hk monaros, grandad has a hg wagon, dad also had a ht prem and my other uncle has a ht kingswood and hq ute) they all tell me to go old school. but i love commos and hk/t/g's so i wanna have both haha

yeah my mate recently brought a vh with 5 speed v6 in it, and just yesterday he brought a parts car its a vh sle and the sle looks mint and im trying to make him not wreck it haha. that will be sick when the venetians come, i really want the side ones now.

yeah i hope everything goes smoothly with the conversion but i bet it wont haha, well i got a paint scraper and scraped the paint off, because my wheel well had a layer of burnt rubber over it and the paint stuck to that so it was easy as to scrape the rubber now its just silver but will paint...

love the vk bro ####ing sweet but please leave the body the way it is :) it has a perfect body and you dont wanna hide it with body kits. just my opinion if you wanna put a body kit on one do it to the berlina :) not the calais. anyway love the car man

thanks for that man yeah i go back to work in a few weeks then ill save my pennys and look around for a donar car. i wanna get the most powerful early model v6 for it. ill post some more pics up now.
