Maybe you should read the posts first wanker. 2fast2furious owns a series 2 vt. and last time i checked that was a 5.7L.

I know my car isnt ls1, but it has tri y headers, twin into single 2.5 inch with 3 inch tail pipe( no resinator). Sounds sweet, no drone, sounds very good! Dunno about power gain or loss though.

That sounds pretty close looking at factory quotes. VNs are nice and light so with extractors etc you would easily do 14s.

Yeah i would say the g tech arent too acurate.... but they give you an idea. I would say 2fast 2 furious should run down a strip in low 14s with a good start and gear changes. With extractors, exhaust, cai etc should do 13s. Still a g tech is cool for stuffing around and seeing what you can do.

So with a bit of practice, and an empty boot i might be able to crack a high 14. I spoke to a bloke the other day and he also said wed nights a wsid.

Yeah im talking perfect conditions........ great take off, cool day etc. If it was hot and i got crap starts i dont see me going under 16. But 15.2 with a few more practice take offs you should easy get that down a second to 14.2 or even better.

If you hear a 3000rpm stally, it means in first gear, the gear doesnt engage untill you rev it to 3000rpm. Its like dumping your car at 3000rpm in a manual, but you are doing it in an auto. So you will set your auto stall coverter to optimam settings for drag racing etc. Dunno how much it costs?!?

I seriously reckon if i leave the car with a dyno place, they will be able to diagnose the problem when starting cold...... the dyno says just about everything!!!

yeah i do my own servicing, with my old man..... I am pretty sure i can pull the injectors out, how much did it cost you to get them flushed? coz the main thing that pisses me off is the flat spot! It still pisses me off the cold starting, but i can deal with this if there is no flat spot!!

Mine doesnt have black soot, (that stands out ne way) i will have a closer look though. Oxygen sensors could be the culprit.
