    VE Prices

Probably looking at an E1. I'd prefer one with low km's as in 50,000-90,000 or so. Probably and 07 or 08 model. Any known issues with these models?

    VE Prices

Hey guys, I was wondering how much/if the VE will drop in price by a reasonable amount once the VF is released? Also will it happen as soon as the VF is released? Reason being I'm looking at a E series Senator or Clubsport wondering if I should hold off for a while. Cheers Chris

Any other VE's fall victim to the SE QLD storms?

^ Same here, massive rush to try and get as many of our cars undercover and the rest with blankets on top of them.. just managed to save them in the nic of time.

    [Other] Which tools are best?

^ I'll add, for the amount we sell, we get very few warranty claims, never on the ratcheting spanners either (they do have a lifetime warranty). Cheers Chris

    [Other] Which tools are best?

We sell a brand called Teng Tools at work, never had a problem with any of mine. Fairly reasonably priced I recon. Cheers Chris

    Importing chevrolet from the states..

Thanks for your input, but I'm really not after an old Toyota or Datsun. I Have always liked chevrolets, and always wanted a 71 chevelle. So I'm going to chase what I've always wanted.. Appreciate all the positive, helpful feedback. Thanks guys! Taking all this info on board!

    Importing chevrolet from the states..

Hi guys, in the very near future I'm looking to buy a 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle from the states. I was just wondering how I go about getting it shipped over here? Also any complications I may have getting it registered, from my understanding if it's a classic car (30+ years old) it can be driven...

Written off?? What do you think?

Actually yeah +1 to that, when it's put like that. Insurance should be a reasonably high priority.
  26. Chris1991

Written off?? What do you think?

Oh yeah.. Fair enough. I wouldn't drive without insurance, that's just my opinion on it. Not having a crack at ya either. I ain't made of money, I no what it's like bro.. I've been through kinda the same sort of thing as your dealing with now..

  28. Chris1991

Written off?? What do you think?

Lol serious? You ever dealt with insurance..?
  29. Chris1991

Written off?? What do you think?

Why are you driving without insurance? Ever stopped and thought about what could happen without insurance? Could have been you turning in front of someone...

    tailgating

Yeah mate your probably right there. It would stop alot of tailgating if people new what lane they're suppose to be in.
  31. Chris1991

    tailgating

I get what you mean that you should move over to the left to let them pass. I can't stand it when people go slow in the right lane. But when you have to take a right turn that's coming up.. In peak hour with cars all around you.. Doesn't leave you with alot of choice.
  32. Chris1991

    What would you do?

If you just have a single exhaust, then yes you will only need one high flow cat. Price varies from about 150-300 for high flow cats. Cheers Chris

  36. Chris1991

    tailgating

    ^Hahaha wouldn't be surprised ay..
  37. Chris1991

    tailgating

Yeah I think they **** everyone off mate, no need for it. Just drive normally! It was at eagle farm on my way too work this morning, he may live west side possibly?
  38. Chris1991

    tailgating

Yep, and that's exactly what happened to him..
  39. Chris1991

    tailgating

A book!!! Wtf, that's a new one! I've seen the people that txt and try to apply make up, and yeah even if it's not 100km/h traffic.. A sudden stop at 40 odd km's will still cause these idiots to be in someone's back seat. I don't see why people must do 100 different things whilst driving!!
  40. Chris1991

    tailgating

Yeah man, I can't stand people who tailgate, and reality is most people do it.. Especially in peak hour! It's so annoying.. It use to get me really angry, but now I just leave it/slow down to sit rite on the limit, if they want to pass they can. This guy had two other lanes to choose from but he...
