That is the over flow bottle and possibly a sticky thermostat, too much pressure in the system accompanied by possibly air? Can you bleed the air out with the screw

Now cos it's a vt series 1 with an m80 or btr80 diff is there anything about buying a set of gears to suit this? I know the tale shaft to the diff is round with about 5 bolts or so? Cheers...

I'm not up with all the computer jizz guys, I normally jump the pins and do the old school unit counts as the engine light flashes in the on position first set of flashes for the tens unit and the second for the 1-9, how to clear the codes by the way to start fresh, I know pulling the engine...

Definately double check it's not the return hose from the HVAC lol... I had the same probs turned out to be a stupid hose clamp that runs over the block back to the pump on the R) side as you look at the engine or passenger side to be politically correct lol... Nearly pulled half the engine out...

Yeah I just pulled mine out about 15 mins ago give it a good pull lol just keep in mind that the black outer has a few clips nothing too troublesome
