    rattle noise

    rattle have a look at the oxygen sensor in the header pipes, noticed mine was loose today and caused a rattle that came and went. Try revving the motor while standing to your problem rpm and move the cable on the ox sensor. Hope this helps

    MEMCAL faults

    Fuel pump

    The fuel pump does not run unless I bridge the ALDL connectors fuel pump test terminal G and H. The fuses relay and wiring seem ok. The engine cuts out when bridge is removed. Any ideas?

    MEMCAL faults

    If a memcal was incorrectly programmed or is faulty, will it stop the error codes from displaying . Would it also stop the Air con and fuel pump from working properly. I read the memcal in my computer and all the error diags are not set . Also a lot of the specs are way off standard.
