Can any one help my low speed fan runs from start up till the engine is turned off also the check engine light comes on and off when the light comes on the temp gauge stays 0 but when the light goes out the gauge works fine I have replaced the relay and it did nothing

I have the exact problem with my vt 5 ltr fans staying on until car is turned off check engine light comes on and goes off sometimes. Changed low speed fan relay and didn't do anything have been told by mechanic it could be bcm but haven't had it checked if u have had yours fixed could u please...
