i had similar issue with my vs, someone had wired in a led bulb as the alt warning lamp, wasnt enough to complete the circuit, put a factory (4w i thnk) bulb back in and its charging again, the warning bulb is part of the circuit and without it the regulator wont work

long shot, bcm might not like your key, my vs had a starting issue a few years ago, would start and run for short time then just stop, couldnt get far at all. Sparky up the road fitted new key (tuned to bcm) and all the running issues went away

called workshop for update, they having trouble with 2nd set of injectors not firing so only 320hp at the wheels so far, leaning out bad, so a bit more spannering and a few more dyno runs and should be done

went to workshop to see how the ute is progressing, they fixed all my wiring issues as well as removing factory ecu/loom, got the iq3 working and its idling properly, hopefully get it back next week after dyno is done
