A question for those in the know, i have VX series II calais, i was wondering what the specs are for the M-series brake upgrade package are? Did they just up the rotor size on the front or was it a complete package(ie bigger rotors front&rear, bigger calipers)?

The SD card must be a SDHC, then it works just fine.

FYI, the type of SD card holden uses for IQ nav is a SDHC card of 4gb, MY12(A2C53427514) nav files and maps are 364mb in size.

i fitted response 6.5" coaxials in both front and rear doors, modded the plastic water shields to accept speakers, was a piece of cake with Dremel! I run 2 Response(jaycar) amps, AA0453(4 x 110w) and AA0455(1000w), good price and performance.

I see you made custom speaker plates for the doors, i modded the original plastic holders to accept the 6.5" response speakers, but it did cross my mind to do what you did, i was in effing hurry to get it all fitted in one weekend! I definately need dynamat on my doors and boot :/

I'd run 2 amps, 1 x 4ch for speakers&tweeters(i imagine these are splits?) and then another 2 ch amp for the subs, make sure the amps can handle the speakers peak load, should work fine :)

thats the Scientific publication manual, which can be bought from most auto parts shops, the Genuine holden Workshop manual can be bought from holden on CD, but very $$$, and they are model specific, only covers one model per manual plus updates IE VX + Series II updates.

The "powertrain" light staying on solid after key on and engine is running, means a fault is current and requires attention.

Langas, have you had any error codes read ?? i am getting P0522 which is "Oil Pressure Sensor Socket Voltage Low" , i found the sensor to be faulty and i replaced it. if your engine light is coming on with the oil light, it might be that.
