So an Update: 1) I scored a brand new Stainless Steel Catback System for a case of beer off a mate 2) Exhaust shop that fitted it , put the o2 sensor wiring on wrong (Under gearbox not over) Which meant my Tailshaft minced it .... $870 later i have a new wiring harness. 3) She's running well...

Well, that escalated quickly. The other SSVs had some rash etc and a mate had these with VERY minimal rash (Only a small bit on edge, very small on one rim and thats it) but no tyres. I have 90% on my tyres so i offered a swap but keep my tyres. Nek minnit he said yes :) Here's a pic

WELL SHES BACK SO FAR : -New 3.6L - New Foggie globes - new headlight covers -New Xforce 2.5 rear mufflers with quad 3inch tips AND FINALLY : A letterbox grille that goes in for paint tomorrow, trial fitted it to the ute and the car looked like it had an out of control cocaine habit.

It is rego'd as an SS so i'm going with it (y) regardless, it is a fun , tidy reliable car. definately got a lot of mods coming. Going to put the SS headlights in on the weekend (y)

Well, when she went to get the rego they said SS, the cluster says SS, the old owner had the SS badges, offered them to us incase we wanted to put them back on when he took them off.... so I'm going with SS :P Trust me though, i wasn't sure what to call it at first, in the end , with everything...

Hey guys , yeah the SS DID have them headlights, as stated he probably swapped them out... the seats i know were taken out as the originals were all ripped by prev. owner so has red cloth seats The interior does match outside, very clean which im proud of , she cleans it multiple times a week...

hey guys more bad news :( Started full time work in Truck Spares and the engine (head gasket) blew, so found a cheap s2 engine with low klms for it... currently in getting fixed then will add pics. ALSO NOW HAS AN EXHAUST :D

Forgot to add, About a month ago my gearbox started slipping. Between work and family i hadn't had a chance to go get it checked out. On my way to work i stopped at Hungry Jacks to take advantage of their $1 Frozen Drinks Menu Selection , and my car wouldn't move out of the drive thru, just...

So it's been a while..... few quick updates, swapped the old wheels for SSV's and got a bonnet protector. Also did some gold pin striping on the hardlid and bonnet will get pics tomorrow :)

Even let my spanish grandmother have a go of the ute..... She thought it was hilarous how "big" it was compared to my pops VT

Haha, cheers man :) Voodoo utes are definately the best, i was looking at a white one for $18K and saw this for $12ish (They put the wrong sticker on the window and so "had" to give it to me for 12) and the colour was what made me go for it :)

Conditioned and cleaned the leather seats up today :) Also stuck an SV6 badge on the rear wall as it was looking a bit boring

Next upgrade- Sports Armour for the front bar.

Voodoo is definately a great colour just so hard to keep clean :(

Thanks Mate, it's pretty clean for a 6 year old car. Interior is very comfy man, actually a pain in the ass to get out of coz it's so comfy haha.

Ahhh Vns ( my first car was a VN just got rid of it in Jan) .... Its so hard to find a decent example of a VN and this one is exceptional man.Keep up the good work on it.
