so had she opened the tailgate from inside the cargo area? you could try this and see if you still have the same problem. mine played up the other day but once i manually opened the tailgate it worked fine

mate what ended up being the problem, ive got the same problem as of today, im guessing its the motor.

not cost affective at all to refurbish those wheels mate, they need to be pulled apart, stripped, primed, painted, lip machined if its a machined lip, then clear coated. a new set will be cheaper. the corrosion shouldnt affect the rwc.

It will sit exactly the same as any of the ss's in the rear but the front will be higher.

Should be right mate as long as you are running 8 inch width. My wagon has the lowest fronts from king springs and they are sssl which actually sit higher than you would expect as the springs are same for v8 and v6. The 8 being heavier sits lower in the front.

I just upgraded from the factory omega single system to the ss twin system, it has changed the exhaust note to a much deeper pleasant sound down low but being a wagon there is a drone sitting around 80ks. Otherwise its good.

No as the aftermarket springs are made to compliment each other and sit the car level. Doing it the way you have said will sit the arse a little lower than level.
