I pulled my old starter motor apart and cleaned it, put it back in and the car is starting first go now. No long cranks or faults. Battery is fine

The cranking has been getting longer but now its just a click. The battery indicator says battery is fine. It can be push started. Would starter motor of died?

My auto electrian secured my sub with screws into boot and back seat. But not long after the sub has pulled all screws out and is floating around in the boot again. this is in the boot of a vr sedan.
Any ideas guys??
