tail light installation

Hi guys I just purchased a set of smoked led taillights for my 2013 ve Commodore and the wiring on the new set is different to the factory set. Where Can I buy a harness for the new lights?? Photo above Cheers

Hi guys I got home one day to realize that someone's tow bar has gone into my tail light. How do I take the tail light off and replace it with a new lens? Wiring and lights are ok just need to put a new cover on it Cheers
