Hi,
I have a VX SS series 2 and planning to install an oil pressure gauge.
For those that have done this with the same setup (2002 ls1) – which way did you do it?
I was going to buy an adapter plate for just above the oil filter housing where I will plug in a new sensor but wondering if it is possible just to read the data from the existing pressure sensor and use a gauge/kit that can plug into the obd port? I think this would work in the newer models but I need to know if my model is capable. Then I will know if I need to go the extra mile with installing an adapter etc.
