02 VX Exec power window upgrade

does any one know how simple this is to do? i plan on buying all the parts needed, i have a rough understanding of electronics

also have a vx II 02 and am in the prcess of doing this. did u install it all sucessfully? some help would be greatly appreciated. i have started with the rears, bought the wiring loom,main switch and regulators, hooked everything up, and nothing, i can tell the motor is working because it heats up quite alot. i can only get the motors to slide fully up and fully down when i have it connected to the batter. at the moment i have the wires going from the main console switch to the which connects to the rear switch and the regulator. this did nothing, so i added a wire from the regulator to the neg and pos of the battery. is there something else i need to wire up? bcm? HELPP!!

I'm not 100% guys but the cars bcm might need to be updated for the use of power Windows just what I heard and my 2c haha
