Total cost for all the bits I got done was $220. That included having to get the cup holder smooth as it had the crinkle finish to match the console.

Will be interesting to see how the door handles fair over time

Diff was getting a bit noisy. (So much for it having 60K on it )

Just purchased a Eaton Truetrac.

Have the car going into Craft to have it installed and the diff overhauled.

Eaton was $600

Eaton Detroit TrueTrac LSD suit Holden Commodore M80 VT VX VY VZ

Install of eaton and Diff refresh is going to be about a grand. Got it booked in for Monday.

I have completed the shifter and handbrake install.

Haven't had time to do the steering wheel yet.

Not too happy with the way the VY handbrake cover sits in the VX. I am going to try and merge the VY cover with the VX cover (Top VY, bottom VX), and hopefully it will sit properly within the console.
