02 VX transmission (HELP) !!!

Replacing my transmission as its buggered , I have a trans out of a 04 vy and was wondering will this fit in and plugs line up ? Please help as I have people telling me both yes an no and I’m unsure as my trans is yet to come out .

Vy you’ll need to change trans cooler fittings which is easy. If vy2 you’ll need to fit the earlier prndl switch. Same trans.
